Edel Muñoz combines a dazzling ability with the guitar with a profound and pure musicianship, producing unique interpretations that touch and move his audience while creating a warm and magical atmosphere. A native of Cuba, Edel has won first prize in more than 20 international solo classical guitar competitions. He has performed in major recital halls throughout the world including Carnegie Hall (with a lively standing ovation), Barcelona, Chile, Uruguay, Belgium, Argentina, and Cuba both as a solo recitalist and chamber musician. Edel Muñoz has been an audience favorite with CCGS since his Cleveland debut in 2012!
